GNIAR Affiliate Memberships

Gold Alliance Affiliate Program Member Dues:

Gold Alliance Affiliate members pay $450.00 per year, no initiation fee, and includes five members.

Regular Affiliate Dues (pro-rated monthly):

Regular Affiliate Dues are assessed as outlined below in addition to a $200.00 initiation fee and includes one affiliate member--additional representatives can be added and are $45.00 each.

Multiple Listing Service Fees:

Supra Lock Box System

Lock boxes – leased at no charge to MLS Participants. Lock boxes may not be purchased by agents or firms

Supra Keycards

Display Key	$150 deposit + $30 one-time activiation fee or $150 deposit + $30 activation free and $25 optional KeyCard Insurance per Display Key
eKEY	$16 per quarter for basic service or $32 per quarer for professional service + $30 one time activation fee

Affiliate Member/Non-MLS subscriber:

$150 deposit + $30 one time activation fee + $200 annual lease fee

Non-Member  Business:

DisplayKEY only

$150 deposit + $30 one time activation fee + $200 annual lease fee*

*Annual lease fee will be pro-rated the first year at $50.00 or $62.50 per quarter.

Lost keycard replacement:

Deposit will be refunded when the keycard, cradle, and cables are returned in good working order.
