Antitrust in Real Estate
Antitrust is an important issue for all REALTORS®. We work in a unique environment. We are competitors, yet, unlike most other professions, we have to work closely with our competitors in an attitude of cooperation to help bring buyers and sellers together. It is an environment fraught with potential danger when one considers the implications from the perspective of antitrust.
